See you in 2023!: A new TICAL for a new era of information and communication technologies

The last years have represented great challenges and the need for continuous adaptation of researchers, professors, students and everyone involved in our academic community and the use of ICT to a world that is definitively becoming an increasingly digital scenario.

Aware of this transformation, RedCLARA needs to work to renew one of its main banners: the TICAL Conference. The event, which completed 11 years in 2021 and has established itself as the main point of exchange of experiences and networking for the ICT community in Latin America, will return renewed in 2023.

The first novelty is that TICAL will return to the face-to-face model. It will allow  assistants to gain on-site knowledge of the challenges faced by professionals in the region, as well as the best practices and knowledge to address it, in addition to visiting some of the most important cities in Latin America. Over more than 10 years of TICAL, thousands of people from all over Latin America and the world have been able to benefit from this instance and RedCLARA is happy to announce the return to the format that we missed so much.

In 2022, we will take the opportunity to reflect and design a new TICAL, even more impactful and disruptive.

For the next year, the recognized quality of the Conference's program and content will also gain a more agile and modern structure, making the role of national research and education networks, and their services, even more relevant for institutions and people connected to them, helping them to deal effectively with the countless possibilities of this new era. We have an encounter in 2023: TICAL will be back and you can't miss it.

Would you like to know more about the renewed TICAL Conference? Stay connected on the RedCLARA website and on our social networks, and receive first-hand information. If you have questions and/or suggestions, please write to tical@redclara.net.
