EU-LAC ResInfra will fund the First School of HPC Administrators in Latin America and the Caribbean

With the aim of training HPC administrators with the latest supercomputing technologies, the EU-LAC ResInfra project and the National High Performance Computing Laboratory (NLHPC) will carry out the First School of HPC Administrators in Latin America and the Caribbean. The event will be held between October 17 and 28 in Santiago de Chile.

The training program will be carried out in person and is offering scholarships that include the costs of tickets and travel expenses. The requirements to access these scholarships are: 1) To be an HPC administrator of an HPC center in Latin America and the Caribbean, and 2) To have high knowledge of Linux administration. Applications for full funding of the program are now open.
