July 27, 3pm GMT: “Chinese experience in fighting COVID-19” Webinar

The strategies to combat COVID in the Chinese city of Wuhan and the importance of quarantine will be the themes of the Webinar of the Special Interest Group (SIG) "COVID-BR-19", of the University Telemedicine Network (RUTE), this Monday , July 27, at 3pm GMT.

The experts invited to the webinar are Dr. Fuyu Qiao, from the Center for Disease Prevention and Control in Beijing, and Dr. Rongmeng Jiang, chief physician at the Beijing Ditan Infectious Diseases Hospital.

This is the second session of the RUTE SIG on COVID, created as an emergency to help fight the pandemic. The group's objective is to bring together tertiary, university, public and private hospitals that will carry out the treatment of more serious cases, exchanging experiences not only between professionals in Brazil, but also from abroad, such as China, Italy, the United States and other countries.
