July 24, 1pm GMT: “The future of communication technologies in the view of the IEEE Communication Society President” Webinar
This webinar speaker is the MIT Professor Vincent Chan, current president of the Communications Society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). Prof. Chan will give a brief presentation on his perspective on the current and future state of communication technologies.
The aim of this webinar is to offer an opportunity for the Brazilian and RedCLARA communities to have an interaction with the president of ComSoc and understand how IEEE envisions the advancement in communication technologies. In addition, this webinar seeks to bring both communities closer to IEEE ComSoc.
Driven to researchers, teachers, professionals in general and students in the areas of telecommunications and computer networks, interested in understanding the subject and its advances, the event will be broadcast live by RNP (in Portuguese and Spanish) and by RedCLARA (in Spanish) on their websites and Facebook pages.
