Much is said about self-organized teams and its purpose, but what skills are needed to achieve success? Why not just copy the Spotify squads? The purpose of this webinat is to generate reflections with cases so that participants can apply new insights in their careers and accelerate the agile and digital transformation.
"Why are collaboration and automation mandatory for teams in the digital transformation?" will take place on tuesday, June 5, at 1:00 p.m. GMT. The webinar is organized by the Superior School of Networks, training arm of the Brazilian advanced network, RNP, with the support of RedCLARA for Spanish translation, and will be broadcast live by RNP (in Portuguese and Spanish) and RedCLARA (in Spanish) through its websites and Facebook pages.
The invited expert is Antonio Muniz, Head of Agility and DevOps at SulAmérica, and founder of Jornada Colaborativa. Participation is free of charge.
