Durante el primer mes de actividades como parte de las comunidades de RedCLARA, los miembros de la Comunidad Latinoamericana de Infraestructura de Datos Espaciales (LATIN IDE) han tenido la oportunidad de conocer mejor a los integrantes del equipo y compartir dudas, sugerencias y diferente tipo de información concerniente a la comunidad a desarrollarse, así como la posibilidad de coordinar diferentes tipos de reuniones.

Los días 25, 26, 27 y 28 de Julio de 2011, se realizaron las capacitaciones del packIDE de la configuracion del servidor web en centros, estructura del IDE, instalacion y configuracion de contenidos e instalación y funcionamiento básico de la herramienta Open Street Maps, además la instalación del Pack IDE, en los que incluía Visor, Editor y Catálogo de Mapas, los cuales permiten cargar, visualizar y modificar información espacial.
