On online version of CLAW - the crisis management workshop organized by GÉANT - will be held on May 2 (11h GMT) to help those people who can't attend the in-person CLAW events, either due to budget restraints or travel issues.
The National Academic Network of Advanced Technology of Colombia (RENATA), the Embassy of Canada in Colombia and the Colombian Association of Universities, ASCUN, invite the heads of international relations offices in the country and throughout Latin America to participate in the workshop "Emerging Leaders of the Americas Program (ELAP)", which will take place on February 9 at 4:00 p.m. GMT (11:00 a.m. Bogotá).

The IAI and FAPESP invite to the Scoping Workshop: “Actionable Scientific Research and Information for the Amazonia and Tropical Forests” as a part of the development of the Belmont Forum Collaborative Research Action (CRA) entitled “The Amazon and tropical forests: its global implications and needed urgent actions”. The aim of this workshop is to bring together experts, civil society organizations and funding institutions to jointly and collaboratively identify knowledge gaps, needed decision support tools/mechanisms, and research priorities from the inter-scientific perspective.

The webinar "Copernicus Programme: Earth Observation Initiatives for Latin America and the Caribbean" will take place on Tuesday, January 10, at 15h GMT with the aim of socializing the experience and impact of the Copernicus Program in Latin America and the Caribbean, and discuss how to use the data from it to improve the quality of life in the region.
