Registrations open for the virtual technical course on Streaming Services - IPTV
ExpiredIn five weeks the participants will have the opportunity to develop the basic technical skills needed to implement the IPTV service in their institutions. The deadline for registration is October 8th.
In the context of the ALICE2 project the IPTV Work Group of RedCLARA and the national network of Colombia, RENATA invite to the 5th virtual technical course on Streaming Services - IPTV.
The course is directed to the technical staff of the National Research and Education Networks (NREN) and also to the technical staff of the institutions (universities, research centers, etc..) members of the NRENs connected to RedCLARA. Its objective is that participants develop basic technical skills needed to implement the IPTV service in their institutions
The content will be presented through a total of five modules that will last about 40 hours, distribuited in five weeks, and will be developed by the IPTV Working Group led by Jaime Martinez supported bye Andres Salinas from RENATA, to through the virtual tool RedCLARA Aprende.

Registration
The national networks have the opportunity to register three participants by an email request to Andrés Ernesto Salinas <tecnico@renata.edu.co> or Jaime Martínez <martinez@unicauca.edu.co> with copy to Claudia Córdova <claudia.cordova@redclara.net>, until Monday 8th of October, 2012.
