LA Referencia project needs to hire an expert consultant in the design of integral training strategies, to develop a training model for persons responsible for the implementation and management of institutional repositories.

The development of the model should include the design, structure and assembly of the courses in Moodle platform of RedCLARA, based on the priorities identified in the diagnosis made in the project. These courses should include the development of the content updated and adequated to the training purposes besides it should be based on an educational and methodological line according to the goals set by the Network

The required profile includes: Bachelor degree in the related areas (Library, Information Science, and Systems Engineering) and / or expertise in training design in the mentioned topics.
