Arcu-red community invites all participants of the RedCLARA Virtual Day of Culture to the second meeting to be held on March 1st, 2013 at 15:00 GMT.

The purpose of the meeting is to design the "Collaborative plan to develop projects on e-art and e-culture in the areas of Education, Research and Cultural Diffusion in the NRENs in Latin America and the Caribbean" presented by Ivani Santana from Brazil, Saul Juarez from Mexico and Fabian Leotteau from Colombia, together they plan to develop the first Meeting of Researchers in Science, Art, and Technology in Latin America and the Caribbean to be held on September in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia.
