InJanuary 30, 2014, the leaders of the Ecuadorian and Mexican academic networks, CEDIA and CUDI (respectively), signed an agreement to collaborate on the development of technologies and applications.

Signed byJuan Pablo Carvallo, Executive Director of CEDIA (Ecuador), and Carlos Casasús, Director General of CUDI (Mexico), the agreement aims to boost the promotion of shared goals by working closely and through an appropriate interconnection between the institutions that are serving both networks.
