Credits of up to 100% for training and certification in transversal skills and competencies and for specialization in software on PSP (Personal Software Process) and TSP (Team Software Process).

Until the 30th of January will be opened the calls for two important training and certification programs,directed to the professionals of the IT industry in Colombia. Some of them are offering credits of 100% for training and certification in transversal skills and competencies, and specialization in software on PSP (Personal Software Process) and TSP (Team Software Process).

These are the main trainings and certifications comprised by these calls:

1. TSP / PSP: PSP (Personal Software Process) and TSP (Team Software Process)

2. Transversal Skills: Scrum master, Product Owner, Certified Negotiation Expert Professional, Project Management Professional (PMP) with emphasis in: Software Development, Information Technology and Project Management, Leadership and Communication (PMLC), Establishing and Managing the Project Management Office PMO, TI.+ Leadership And Management Skills) (LMS). As well as the certifications: ITIL e 9 ISO/IEC 20000:2011 Information Technology Service Management.

The call in transversal skills is aimed to graduates with a background in IT and other areas of the knowledge, as Administrative Engineering, Telematics, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications and the following careers in industrial engineering and related: professional techniques in industrial engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, industrial technology, technology in management of industrial processes, professional technique in data-processing, technology in industrial management, technology in industrial processes; who plays exclusively in IT sector companies.

Professionals who have a degree (specialization or master) in areas of Information Technology and students who are, at least, in the sixth semester of Engineering courses in IT areas such as Systems, Software Development, Design, Development of Computer Applications and/or Information Systems, Management of Information Systems, Databases, Programming, Computing and Applied computers, can also sign up.

The TSP/PSP call is aimed to professionals in the IT sector who are linked to the software industry and associated services; civil servants of the different orders of the Colombian state with a degree in IT and also working in the area; professionals in the IT sector who are working in the areas of systems or information in private companies; professionals in the IT industry working as teachers in degree programs of higher education institutions related with the areas of IT (Information Technology) in systems, software development, computer applications and/or information systems.

Additionally, students of university IT careers in engineering areas, such as Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing Engineering or Information Systems Management, who currently are, at least, in the sixth semester of their courses and have domain of at least one programming language, may also attend.
