Join the workshop about Research Infrastructures (RI) and e-Infrastructures (e-RI) of the European Union, Horizon 2020 and other collaborative initiatives

The activity will be held on March 12 at the National Academy of Science of the city of Buenos Aires and will be attended by important representatives of the science policy of Argentina and Europe, researchers, scientific administrators, managers of public and private agencies and other relevant actors of the scientific community.

The workshop aims to: present the importance of the RIs/e-RIs in the strategic planning of Argentina and European Union and in the collaborative actions defined in the European Union - Argentina Agreement on Cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation; to display the mechanisms and financial instruments for the available RIs/e-RIs; exchange information on criteria and methodologies about the approach to the RIs/e-RIs; share best practices in terms of development of scientific and technological capabilities and services of the productive sector; and to channel joint initiatives for the creation of new RIs/ e-RIs and for the strengthening of the existing RIs/e-RIs, through bilateral meetings previously agreed between the Argentine and European stakeholders.

As part of the program the case of InnovaRed and some successful projects that were part of the Seventh Framework Programme (7PM) - EELA-2, GISELA, CTA-PP, ELLA and LLAMA - will be exposed.
