13 - 14 July: CUDI invites to the 5th National Conference on Science and Technology of Meat "(5th CoNaCiTeCar)

Vegetable oils and fats as a functional ingredients in meat products, meat products as functional foods, the meat industry in Mexico and microbiology and safety of meat are some of the topics included in the program of the activity. All institutions member of the networks connected to RedCLARA may participate by videoconference.

In order to know about the research done in Meat Science and Technology, bringing together researchers from all over Mexico, on July 13 and 14 2011 will be held the 5th National Conference on Science and Technology of Meat "(5 ° CoNaCiTeCar).

The event, organized by the Autonomous Metropolitan University and Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores from Ecatepec, will facilitate to meet and exchange knowledge and academic experiences in science and technology and identify groups and academic programs that generate knowledge about science and technology of meat.

All institutions member of the networks connected to RedCLARA may participate by videoconference. For this, interested people must be coordinated with the technical manager of the institution, requesting the book of the videoconferencing room in the RAPLA system.
