The activity will take place on December 16 to 17, 2011 in Kyushu University Hospital and is organized by Telemedicine Development Center of Asia (TEMDEC) and co-sponsored by the Invitation Program for East Asian Young Researchers, JSPS.

Conferences, tutorial and panel discussion will be part of the schedule of the 5th Asia Telemedicine Symposium 2011 that will take place in Fukuoka, Japan on December 16 to 17, 2011.

The symposium aims to systematically spread the new telemedicine system which utilizes high-level Information and Communications Technology. This system is of great use to expose young doctors to new medical knowledge and to demonstrate the advanced surgical skills with ease over the geographical distance.

Call for abstracts:  It has been extended the deadline for the abstracts from Sept 5 to Sept 9.
